Health Management Policy

1.Promotion of maintaining physical and mental health of employees
We will detect mental and physical health problems of employees at an early stage and promote the creation of a healthy work environment in cooperation with managers and industrial physicians. 

2.Promotion of work style reform
We will promote flexible work styles that allow diverse employees to feel comfortable and fulfilled in their work and support employees' efforts to maintain and promote their health independently. 

3.Create a culture that values the health of employees
Through health management initiatives, we will establish a "culture and climate that values health" and create an environment in which each and every employee can work with health and vigor.

President & Representative Director is appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, and the Diversity Promotion Office, industrial physicians, and Health Committee work together to promote efforts to maintain and improve the health of our employees.
