We have formulated a three-year med-term management plan starting with the 38th fiscal year, and have set our medium-term management policy as "Fan-Fun Innovation". We will continue to make "transforming" with "Creating the memory of "You Can if You Think You Can"" as the starting point of our "Purpose" to aim to be a corporate group that "opens up new possibilities for people." In addition, we will achieve sustainable improvement in corporate value and growth by making fans through innovation (= new combination) that links Fan and Fun.

In the 38th fiscal year, we launched "Fan-Fun Innovation" and pursued initiatives to maximize the value we provide to ensure that the Meiko brand continues to be chosen.

As a result, the first year of the med-term management plan got off to a good start with consolidated net sales of 19,674 million yen, operating income of 1,168 million yen, ordinary income of 1,289 million yen, and net income attributable to shareholders of the parent company of 974 million yen.

We will position the 39th fiscal year as the year to "accelerate" "Fan-Fun Innovation" and aim to achieve sustainable growth by creating profit-earning opportunities while responding flexibly and promptly to rapid changes in the social environment.
